UK Shipping
We’re based in the UK and aim to ship all orders the same day to get your sea glass treasures to you as quickly as possible. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping for all UK orders, ensuring that your jewellery arrives securely and on time.
Worldwide Shipping
For our international customers, we use Royal Mail International Tracked shipping to ensure your order is safely delivered with tracking available for peace of mind.

Returns Policy
At I Sea Jewellery, we take great care in handcrafting each piece of sea glass jewellery. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you encounter any issues, we're here to help.
Damaged or Broken Items:
If your item arrives broken or damaged, don’t worry! Simply contact us at enquiries@iseajewellery.com with your name, order number, and any relevant evidence, and we’ll make it right. We’ll fix your item and send it back to you as quickly as possible.
Returns:
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please get in touch. We offer returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original gift box.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
