Welcome to I Sea Jewellery, where nature meets artistry. We are a family-owned business fuelled by a lifelong passion for walking in nature and crafting unique, meaningful creations. Each piece of our jewellery is a reflection of the beauty we see on our daily walks along Lowestoft Beach, where we hand-collect every piece of sea glass we use. One of the owners is proudly LGBT+, and we believe in fostering a community rooted in inclusivity and authenticity.
How it Began
Our story began inland, where the pace of life often felt hurried and confined. That changed when we moved to the coast, within walking distance of Lowestoft beach. The simple act of walking the beach each day has improved our mental well-being, and more often than not, we find ourselves strolling along the sands with the sun shining, grateful that this beautiful shoreline has become our “office.”
Why Lowestoft?
Nestled on the Suffolk coast, Lowestoft holds the title of being the most easterly point in the UK. Known for its stunning sandy beaches, Lowestoft has a rich maritime history and is a place of natural beauty and charm. The ever-changing tides shape the unique sea glass we collect. Over time, the glass is naturally tumbled by the sea, creating the frosted gems that we turn into timeless jewellery.
