Frequently Asked Questions

Is your sea glass genuine?

Yes, all our sea glass is 100% authentic, hand-collected by us from Lowestoft Beach. Each piece is naturally smoothed and frosted by the ocean, giving it a unique finish that we preserve in every design.

How do you ensure the quality of your silver?

We use 925 sterling silver in all our jewellery. After encountering falsely stamped silver-plated chains, we ensured our materials come from a trusted supplier to guarantee authenticity and tarnish resistance.

What makes your jewellery sparkle?

We enhance the natural beauty of our sea glass with delicate rhinestones that add extra sparkle, ensuring each piece stands out while maintaining its unique charm

Is every piece of jewellery unique?

Absolutely! Each sea glass piece is one of a kind, shaped by nature over decades. No two pieces are ever the same, making your jewellery truly special.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free worldwide shipping and aim to ship the same day. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

What if it arrives damaged?
